I have not received the vacuum. I did write to you and explained the Street number was incorrect. It should have been 6313 not 6131. I received a notice from USPS but they were no help! I tried tracking the package but could not get. any answers. I would imagine the package will be returned to you, the sender. Please investigate this problem and send my item to. 6313 David Boulevard. Thank you for your help in this matter.

On 12/23/2025 I ordered the SIEROP BLOWER, at a total cost of $102.94 .. It does not work. The blower only blows for 1-2 min. The phone number and email on the web site don't work. I need to return the SIEROP BLOWER for a working blower or be refunded the $102.94.

This is the third review I have submitted; I guess no one read the other two.
One last time, the Blower with a fully charge battery would cut off 17 times in a 3-minute period. I have also sent at least 4 e-mails, I've lost track. You have worn me out, absolutely the WORST Customer Service I have ever been through ever.

Yo compré un top para mi cama y cuando fuí a buscar las instrucciones de como usarlo,osea recuerdo que cuando encontré el sitio web explicaba muy bien como abrirlo y cuánto esperar por su completo uso ,ya no estaba el producto en su pagina.en su sitio decían que era el mejor recomendado por los Doctores para el dolor de espalda, ellos tienen su página bien elaborada pero es una falsa ,incluso muchos de los Review y los videos que ponen en ella ,si no quiere perder su dinero no compre aquí

We have never received our order. We have tried to contact vendor by phone and email and no response. We are out $100 and no blower.

Buyer beware I received a damaged order and rescue no refund and no response.

This product is terrible! It is completely flat, it never expanded even after trying all the suggested techniques. I reached out to customer service 3 times regarding a refund,with no response back. I feel like I was scammed!!

Nice mattress topper, fits nice and looks good. Shipping took forever but other than that overall satisfied with this item. I wasn't expecting a wow factor, it is comfortable and comparable to others that I have tried.
