Announcement (Major Courier Delays)
Notice of shipment delay during the holiday season.
We would like to sincerely apologize if you recently placed an order from us and have yet to receive your package. Fedex and UPS are currently experiencing an unusually large amount of orders this holiday season, which disrupted the normal delivery schedule. Unfortunately, we cannot control this service disruptions. All orders should already have shipping labels and waiting for the couriers and trucks to pick up your orders from our warehouses.
Please expect 5-7 days of delay. You might see your shipment label has been created and has not moved from the warehouse. The reason is because of the high demand of FedEx and UPS trucks at this time. We thank you for your patience.

- We mainly use FedEx and UPS.
- We ship all products from different states in USA.
- Please allow up to 1 business day for order processing.
- Expedited and Priority shipments are not available for P.O. Box addresses.
- Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and American Samoa may be subject to slight delays.
- Shipments to U.S. APO/FBO may take up to 21 days.
- Shipping is not available to U.S Territories at this time.
Do you ship internationally?
Garden Trend's do ship internationally which includes a small shipping fee depending on the country being sent to.
Will I receive tracking information?
We’ll send an email confirmation with tracking information when your order ships.
Where are you shipping from?
We are based in USA Warehouse but our inventory is spread across fulfillment centers nationwide in order to reduce transit times.
How will Home & Garden Trend be shipped?
We use multiple carriers for fulfillment including (USPS, UPS, and FedEx). Unfortunately, we’re not able to control the shipping carrier used in any one shipment.
