Returns & Refunds

Home & Garden Trend is confident on the products quality therefore we offer easy return & refund on our website by e-mailing Info@garden-trend.com

To protect and ensure that all customers return and refund requests are handled appropriately we may require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Our refund & return policy is only valid within 30 days after customer receives product.

There are situations that we will decline return or refund such as:

  • Products that were not bought directly from Home & Garden Trend – like from a thrift store
  • Products that have been defaced
  • Products with missing labels
  • Products without receipts or store IDs
  • Products that haven't been cleaned
  • Products that have been lost or damaged to the point where they aren't usable
