HGT Mini Electric Chainsaw 2.0

It took a little over two months to receive my order. The saw does not work properly as the chain will not stay on. We did the troubleshooting as per your instructions and it still does not work.
Please advise! Thomas is my son and I am Sandy. Have no idea how that happened either.
