LED Portable USB Light Wand

So far I have found a lot of uses for this light around the shop, in my office, as a fill light when taking photos, out on the job, and even used it as a nightlight when traveling. (It will stand on end on a flat smooth surface.) I have not permanently mounted the base yet, but see where would also come in handy in a camper or under a cabinet, giving you both a fixed stationary light with the option to remove and take it with you.

So far I am very happy with this light. The only improvement I could recommend would be is if this light could be wireless charged (inductive charging). Of course this would significantly add to the price of the light, so for the current price and functionality I am pleased.

I bought this cylindrical touch light after seeing a similar one on Facebook being as a fill light for a photography and thought it would come in handy for photography and around the house and shop as well.

The light arrived with all the items seen in the seller's description including a charge cable, magnetic mount, 2 magnetic mount base adhesive pads, metal base, and a small mounting screw (which I have already lost).

The mounting base works pretty well as it has two rather strong magnets that hold the light tube rather securely. You can mount the base by using just one of the two mounting pads, but it is probably a good idea to use the mounting screw also as the magnets in the base holds the light pretty tight.

Works good. Took it car camping and plan to use it on my next trip as well. I've played around with using it for filming in a dark room. It seems to be bright enough although I haven't tested it on an actual shoot yet. The magnet holds it for the most part if you put it near the center. If I get more I'll probably get separate magnets and attach them at both ends. Battery lasts a long time. The touch button on the top only turns on when you place your finger on it so don't worry about it going on in your bag.

I use this light when I live stream. I don't know how long the battery lasts, but I've used it for 4-hour streams just fine. Dimming and switching from different light modes is easy and quick. The only downsides are the charging port and there is no battery indicator to tell you how much juice is left. There is a red light that comes on to tell you it's charging but that's about it. It's a budget light that can be versatile when you need a little fill or something, so it's worth the purchase.

Is a great product. The Led ligth is bright and work perfectly good and is simple to use.
